Legal Agreements:

All customers are bound by one or more of the following agreements depending on services ordered unless a seperate contract provides otherwise. Request for services and/or agreement to pay for services constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms, conditions, policies and agreements.

Aptus Hosting reserves the right to add, delete, suspend or otherwise modify any and all written policies at any time without providing any prior notice to it's customers. Responsibility to be familiar with and abide by all policies governing services rests solely with the customer.
