Refund Policy
Full refunds on hosting services will only be offered in the
event Aptus Hosting ("the Company") is unable to provide requested services
within a seven day period or another agreed upon time frame. Partial refunds
will be given for early termination of contracts based upon the termination
policy set forth in the Company's terms of service agreement.
Refunds for secure certificates, domain names and the WHOIS
privacy service are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the
issuing company for which Aptus Hosting is a reseller.
No refunds for custom programming or other services will be
given unless a separate written contract provides a mechanism for doing so.
